Thermal Scope Telos XL50 LRF Pulsar
Components and software solutions in the high-tech sector are improved year after year, and thermal imaging is no exception. User choices and preferences evolve over time, and with experience, personal needs regarding the device’s capabilities and operation emerge. Telos thermal monoculars have been designed with available technology and user requirements in mind.
Telos is the first line of thermal vision products on the market that offers the possibility of technical upgrades upon customer request. By becoming a Telos owner, you gain the opportunity to enhance it flexibly and significantly for many years to come.
It can be equipped with powerful optics, a higher-resolution sensor and display, more efficient and functional electronic components, or a laser rangefinder and additional optical channels, ensuring you always have a device with the latest technological innovations at the simple cost of one or more upgrades.
The product modification program is in preparation and will be launched during the year.
Possible modifications:
- Addition of a laser rangefinder to models that lack one
- Replacement of the sensor
- Replacement of the objective lens
Intuitive User Experience
To activate the haptic feedback function on high-end Pulsar monoculars through the Telos quick menu, turn on the monocular by pressing and holding the power button until the device powers up. Once on, access the Telos quick menu by briefly pressing the “Menu” button or the central button on the device. Within the quick menu, use the directional buttons to navigate through the options until you find the “Haptic Feedback” or “Vibration” setting. Enable this function so that the device responds with brief vibrations when command buttons are pressed, making the monocular use more intuitive and tactile.
Precise Laser Detection Up to 1000 m
Understanding the target distance is essential for making the right decisions. An integrated laser rangefinder with a range of up to 1 kilometer allows for single measurement and continuous scanning with an accuracy of ± 1 meter, providing a quick and error-free assessment of the situation.
Zoom Control via Lens Rings
With Telos, you can adjust the image with one hand, thanks to the zoom focus rings positioned on the lens in a classic arrangement, one after the other, similar to professional camera lenses. The consistent arrangement of the rings allows for a clear image with the desired magnification, quickly and with minimal effort.
The Pulsar Telos XP50 LRF is Built for the Most Critical Conditions
Telos thermal devices are designed for use in harsh environmental conditions and operate within a temperature range of -25 to +40°C. They are also waterproof, even when fully submerged. The polymer composite housing with a rubber coating offers high operational quality. The absence of protruding parts in the design, combined with the anatomically optimized shape of the Telos thermal devices, ensures safety and comfort during extended observations.
Replaceable Battery Pack with Fast Charging via Cable or Wireless
The brand-new LPS 7i lithium-ion batteries with quick-swap capability guarantee 8 hours of autonomy. Special chargers are not required; a simple connection with a power adapter via the USB Type-C port allows for fast charging thanks to the Power Delivery protocol. Additionally, wireless charging is also available.
Ergonomic Housing with Non-Slip Rubber Coating
The rubber-coated housing helps keep the thermal device firmly in hand, whether in dry conditions or rain. It offers exceptional wear resistance and supports operation across a wide range of temperatures, withstanding humidity and dust, and protects the device from accidental drops. Furthermore, the housing is easy to clean and retains its original appearance for a long time.
Pulsar Telos XL50 is Adaptable for Use with Either Hand
The symmetrical vertical arrangement of the controls allows Telos to be used with both hands, offering the same level of comfort; the buttons are lined up on the top panel, and the lens rings are used for focusing and adjusting magnification. The strap is attached to the movable rings with locking in the end positions, providing immediate adaptation of the device for both right- and left-hand control.
Ergonomic and Functional Travel Case
A hunter needs to move quickly. A hallmark of quality equipment is that it is within reach when needed and unobtrusive when not. Stylishly designed, the Telos case is convenient to use and carry. The thermal device is easily and quickly removed from the case and positioned.
The optimal belt positioning system distributes the weight of the device across the hunter’s body, relieving the load on the shoulders, back, and neck. The case fits comfortably against the body, allowing the hunter to bend, turn, crouch, and move freely. Additionally, the Telos case is equipped with a strap for attaching it to a waist belt or gear with a MOLLE modular attachment system, such as backpacks and mesh clothing.
Customizable User Interface
Telos thermal monoculars are distinguished by advanced features, and the user has the privilege of setting their priorities by determining the order of the device’s menu items.
User Mode of the Pulsar Telos XL50 LRF
Adjust contrast and brightness to maximize detail and the informational value of images in any observation condition. The User Mode saves the contrast and brightness settings in the device’s memory, providing optimal image quality for future uses of the thermal viewer without the need for further adjustments.
